Second Opinion FAQ

How long will it take to receive my second opinion?

Usually we return opinions in 1-2 weeks. You will be notified of the exact date upon submission.

What conditions do you cover?

• Cerebral Palsy
• Spinal Cord Injury
• Brain Injury
• Stroke
• conventional and stem cell treatment for the above conditions

What if I don’t find my condition on your list?

We can still provide you a second opinion for central nervous system related injuries and diseases and their conventional  or stem cell treatment.

What if I don’t know my diagnosis or it is not clear?

We need to know your diagnosis in order to evaluate your case.

What if I can’t provide all the documents you need?

We will definitely need your diagnosis and latest MRI.

Can I submit my medical information in any other language than English?

You are requested to submit all information in English or Chinese.

Will you return my MRI and CT images?

No we won’t. Therefore we ask you to make digital copies of your MRI, CT images and send them to us.

Who will have access to my medical information?

Only you, the Stem Cell Transplantation Department and the IT Department.

Is my information handled confidentially?

We do not share your information with any third person for any other purpose.
